Our track record features over 25 years of industry experience, featuring recent work for Giant Tiger Stores Ltd., Royal Ottawa Hospital, Victorian Order of Nurses, Canadian Internet Registration Authority, Parks Canada, the Canadian Cardiovascular Society and the Public Health Agency of Canada.

Our network of expert videographers, photographers, graphic designers, content editors, writers and sound engineers allows us to offer the best talent available for each project, without the overhead costs passed on to the client by employee-based firms. Our business model is relationship-based, allowing us to offer each project the best and most appropriate talents in the field, at the time that our clients require the services.

Graham Law: Producer, Director, Editor
Graham Law is a filmmaker, photographer and savvy web 2.0 guru. He has made films, shot stills and designed websites with Gen X author, Douglas Coupland. Their film Close Personal Friend was commissioned by MTV and broadcast in the US, Canada and Great Britain. His photos can be seen in Coupland's recent non-fiction book, Souvenir of Canada 2. Graham taught photography and web design at Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design in Vancouver and at George Brown College in Toronto, and is a graduate of Ryerson Polytechnical Institute. He has had countless exhibitions of his fine-art photography and continues to sell his work internationally. As Director, Producer and DOP, Graham has assembled teams and managed several mass media projects, including:
  • Boys and Girls Club of Ottawa - Shot and edited a series of videos for an online video training resources for new staff and volunteers
  • Canadian Internet Registration Authority - Direct, produce, shoot and edit videos for CIRA's online Annual Report and shot stills for the printed piece.
  • Export Development Canada - Worked on a series of green screen shoots for EDC's web site and DVD delivered content.
  • Giant Tiger Stores Limited - Produce, direct, edit and shooting a series of videos for "GT" for the past year.
  • Guerilla magazine - Shoot, direct and editing a series of videos to support their online and printed presence.
  • The Royal Ottawa - Shoot, direct and edit a series of videos for The Royal over the past few years.
  • Canadian Cardiovascular Congress - four minute video to open the 2007 Congress in Quebec City. Director, DOP and editor.
  • MTV New York - DOP for 5 thirty second spots for MTV's "Plugged-in" campaign. Worked closely with Douglas Coupland.
  • University of Ottawa and Health Canada - a series of six videos, each approximately 30 minutes in length. Director, DOP and editor.
  • Close Personal Friend and Douglas Coupland - DOP on 30 min film, Close Personal Friend, written and directed by Douglas Coupland and Jennifer Cowan
  • New Voice Video - Working with youth from the Boys and Girls Club of Ottawa as DOP and editor, and with New Voice Video to teach the youth how to create films that tell their stories.
  • Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) - Shot and edited a series of interviews for BIT program
  • 967 Things that Piss Me Off - Working as DOP, editor and director on series of humorous short films for www.967things.com.
  • Colin Rowe Photography - Director, DOP, co-writer and editor for a series of four 30 second videos to promote Colin's business.
  • Canadian Hunger Foundation - two ten minute videos on CHF's involvement in Pakistan and Ghana. Editor, director and DOP.
  • Ontario Court of Justice - ten minute video for in-house training. DOP and editor.
  • Children's Wish Parade - shot a series of stills used for a 30 second television commercial.

Jolynn Sommervill: Project Manager
Jolynn is an exceptional project manager, with extensive experience managing video and film production projects as well as arts education programming and arts festivals. As a freelance media project manager, Jolynn excels in the development and management of budgets and schedules, recruiting and managing production and technical personnel, contract negotiation, and the supervision of day-to-day project operations from pre-production through to post-production. A dynamic and effective spokesperson, Jolynn has exceptional communications skills and is a collaborative team leader. Production credits include:

Andrew Young: Graphic Designer
Andrew Young has been working as a Graphic Designer for 22 years, and working independently for the last 14 of them. He provides clients with a wide range of services as an independent contractor, including titles and bumpers for video and television, CD packaging, DVD packaging and interface design, website design, motion graphics for television and video, corporate identities, logos, promotional material, exhibit design for museums, kiosk designs for trade shows, illustrations for magazines, newspapers and books, and interior and exterior design including signage. He works primarily with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and AfterEffects on a Macintosh platform. Andy has exceptional skills in analysis and conceptual design; he is able to listen to a clients needs and quickly understand the content to be communicated, and encapsulate these concepts in succinct, on-point visuals.
